About

I started reviewing wellness gadgets because I was tired of spending my own money on devices that sounded incredible online and then collected dust in a drawer. What began as a habit of texting friends “don’t buy this” and “this one’s actually great” turned into a full-time obsession with figuring out which health tech earns its place in your daily life. I’m not a doctor and I don’t pretend to be; I’m a meticulous, slightly skeptical everyday user who reads the manual, charges the thing, and lives with it long enough to form a real opinion.

My testing approach is simple but stubborn. I use each device for a minimum of two to four weeks, in normal conditions, alongside whatever I was already using so I have a fair point of comparison. I track the boring stuff most reviews skip, like how the app behaves on a bad night, how long the battery really lasts, and whether the device is still on my nightstand a month later. I disclose when something was provided, and I never let a brand approve a review before it goes live.
